Advance express pickup

VRIC Fall Festival · October 24, 2026. Pickup is at the Halal Cuts booth · Valley Ranch Islamic Center, 351 Ranchview Dr, Irving, TX 75063. Select a pickup window between 4 and 6 p.m. Central and use the prepaid pickup line. Your order is confirmed only after payment is confirmed. A temporary cart reservation is not a paid order.

Cancellation & refunds

A full refund is available only if you request cancellation before the applicable preorder cutoff and before food preparation begins. Once preparation or smoking begins, including Dino ribs smoked for your order, the order is nonrefundable.

• Dino ribs: October 22 at 2 p.m. Central.
• Other advance orders: October 23 at 8 p.m. Central.

To request cancellation or discuss an order, call 214-773-8537. Refunds are reviewed by Halal Cuts; cancelling an unpaid cart does not refund a completed payment. If Halal Cuts cannot fulfill your order, contact us to arrange a refund.

Late or missed pickup

Call 214-773-8537. Pickup after 6 p.m. is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Prepared orders remain subject to the refund policy above.

Payment & Data Privacy

Halal Cuts uses your name, order details, optional contact information, pickup window and payment reference to process your order and manage pickup. Authorized staff can see the name, items and pickup status needed to fulfill orders. Order and payment records are retained for operations and payment review.

The card form is provided by GoDaddy/Poynt. This site receives a payment token and payment result, and does not store card numbers or security codes. Resend processes optional pickup, cancellation and refund emails after the relevant order status is verified. Providing an email address or phone number does not subscribe you to marketing. No SMS or Google Wallet order notifications are sent.

Where are my card details handled?

Card details are entered into GoDaddy/Poynt’s hosted payment form and sent to its payment service. The Halal Cuts application uses a payment token and stores the transaction reference and result. It does not store your full card number or CVV in its database or browser storage.

How is my order information protected?

Name, contact details and order records are stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare documents encryption at rest and encrypted database connections. Customer contact fields are readable by the application for order operations; they are not separately encrypted by the application. Service credentials are separately encrypted before storage. Owner tools require owner sign-in, and staff tools require authorized access.

How are order emails handled?

Your email address and the order message are shared with Resend for delivery. Resend documents encryption at rest and HTTPS/TLS protection within its service. Ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted, and delivery protection also depends on the recipient’s email service. We do not include full card numbers or CVVs in order emails.

Your private status link permits access to that order’s name, items and status. Keep it private. Halal Cuts uses browser session storage to remember it on your current browser tab. Google Wallet event cards contain event information, not an order confirmation.
